3. Subscription & Payment

All plans are billed monthly in advance.
Payments are processed via credit card and are non-refundable.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.
If payment fails, access to services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

4. Scope of Work

Basic Package: One request at a time, 48-hour turnaround.
Standard Package: Unlimited branding, unlimited animated artwork, website wireframes, one request at a time,
48-hour turnaround, and a monthly meeting.
Premium Package: All services in the Standard Package, plus pitch decks, marketing campaigns, unlimited web edits, two simultaneous requests, and a monthly meeting.

The turnaround time applies to standard design requests and does not include complex projects requiring extensive revisions.

5. Request & Revision Policy

Requests must be submitted through our designated platform (email, portal, or another approved method).
Only one active request is worked on at a time for Basic and Standard plans (two for Premium).
Unlimited revisions are included, but excessive revisions may require an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
AI-generated images are included as part of the service but are subject to availability and quality considerations.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final design assets.
We retain the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Source files are not included unless specified in your package.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with services ending at the end of the current billing cycle.
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not provided.
We reserve the right to terminate a subscription due to abuse, excessive revisions, or misuse of the service.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific results or increased revenue from the use of our design services.
We are not responsible for errors in submitted content or third-party misuse of designs.
We do not provide copyright or trademark legal services and recommend that clients conduct necessary legal checks before using design assets commercially.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality and will not share or disclose your project details without consent.
You acknowledge that communication via email or other platforms may not be entirely secure, and you accept this risk.
